Ciao a tutti,
So I think I go enter challenge Ray say I should. I no sure if bake is OK but I do this for bambini many time and Ray manage get me olives! And he need feeding. So here go. cookingbites recipe challenge.
So you need-

Olive oil.
180 g green olives for sauce base.
100 g green olive for top.
4 – 5 clove garlic.
Salt.
Black pepper.
Mince steak.
2 shallot.
Good handful Spinach.
1 can Chopped tomato, San Marzano best but Napolina is OK.
Tomato puree.
Taleggio cheese.
1 tablespoon caper.
Yellow pepper.
Double cream.
1 glass White wine.
1 teaspoon Oregano, thyme, basilico, parsley.
3 bay leaf.
Borlotti beans.
Kidney beans.
Fusilli pasta whole wheat home made best.
10 -12 Small plumb tomato.
Water
Method is -
  1. Chop shallot very small.
  2. Fry shallot until transparent.
  3. Slice garlic.
  4. Chop 180g green olive small.
  5. Put 2 tablespoon olive oil in blender,
  6. Add Olive, shallot garlic good grind black pepper and tablespoon caper, Oregano, thyme, basilico, parsley.
  7. Whiz until smooth paste.
  8. Put olive oil inside pan medium heat.
  9. Put mince beef inside pan fry til have light colour.
  10. Add mix from blender and glass wine alcohol need evaporate.
  11. Turn down heat make sure meat coated in mix.
  12. Take pan of heat.
  13. Put meat and mix inside large pan medium heat.
  14. Add tomato an beans bay leaf an simmer for 10 minute.
  15. Wilt spinach in salt water an drain
  16. Add spinach to into large pan with meat.
  17. Add tomato puree until deep colour.
  18. Simmer another 10 minute, add little water if need so no stick.
  19. Reduce by 20%.
  20. Add cream slow so not curdle. Sauce should look as pink.
  21. Remove from heat to place aside.
  22. Cook Fusilli pasta in salt water til just before Al Dente.
  23. Drain pasta.
  24. Remove bay leaf put Pasta in oven dish Lasagne dish perfect.
  25. Pour meat sauce over pasta.
  26. Sprinkle grated Taleggio cheese on.
  27. Slice pepper thin strip.
  28. Slice plumb tomato an other olives in halves.
  29. Arrange pepper, plumb tomato and olive in pretty pattern.
  30. Cover tin foil and bake medium for 20 minute or until cheese bubble.
This not need much with this very filling. I sometimes give Ray toasted ciabatta under that soak up sauce. Or pressed an fry Polenta is also traditional.
