Sticky Honey Garlic Ginger Chicken Wings

3 lbs. (about 36) jumbo chicken wings
1/4 cup Indonesian Cinnamon Rub
2 TB. vegetable oil
1/2 cup HONEY
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 TB finely chopped fresh ginger
2 TB finely chopped fresh garlic
2 TB lemon juice
2 tsp. sesame oil
salt and pepper to taste
2 green onions, chopped
1 TB toasted sesame seeds

1. Trim wing tips(no, my favorite part, lol) and save for another use. Cut the wings in half at the joint. Place in a large bowl and toss with the rub and vegetable oil. Marinate, covered and refrigerated, for 24 hours.
2. Sauce: In a large bowl, combine the honey, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, lemon juice, sesame oil, salt and pepper. Set aside.
3. Preheat grill to medium.
4. Place wings in a grill basket. Grill wings, turning every 5 or 6 minutes, until fully cooked, golden brown and crisp, 10 to 12 minutes per side.
5. Remove wings from grill basket and add to the sauce. Add green onions and sesame seeds. Toss well and serve immediately.

I have no idea what Indonesian cinnamon rub is. Have a recipe? Never mind I see you posted it as a separate recipe.
