I saw this along with a coupon and thought I would share the recipe sorry about the coupon.
2 12oz sausage links
9 eggs
3 cups milk
1 1/2 tsp ground mustard
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 30 oz frozen shredded hash browns thawed
2 cups shredded 4-cheese Mexican blend cheese
1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
1/3 cup thinly sliced green onions
Bake sauage until lightly browned, 375 degrees about 15 minutes. Drain and slice.
In a large bowl mix eggs, milk and seasonings. Add sausage, hash browns, cheese, bell peppers and onions. Pour into a greased 13x9 in. baking dish. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Remove from refrigerator 30 minutes before baking. Bake uncovered at 30 for 65-70 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Serve with salsa.
