Sweet Gingered Chicken Wings
Makes 2 dozen whole wings or 4 dozen split wings
Ingredients
1 cup AP/plain flour
2 tsp paprika
2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
For the sauce:
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup orange juice concentrate
1/2 tsp ground ginger
Fresh parsley or toasted sesame seeds
Directions
Heat oven to 350F and grease a large baking sheet.
In a bowl, combine flour, paprika, salt, and pepper. Coat chicken wings in flour mix and shake off excess. Bake wings for 30 minutes, then remove from oven and drain, if needed.
Meanwhile, combine the honey, orange juice concentrate, and ginger. Brush generously over wings.
Reduce heat to 325F. Bake wings for 30-40 minutes or until juices run clear, basting occasionally with sauce. Sprinkle with parsley or toasted sesame seeds, if desired.

NOTE: I think these would benefit from a couple of minutes under the broiler.
