I've decided to eat more waffle type things so I've purchased an agreeable waffle maker and here's a start!
Ingredients :
4 oz mashed sweet potato
3 Tbsp melted butter/margarine
8 oz AP flour
2 eggs
Cinnamon, shake to taste
Salt
1/2 Tbsp Vanilla extract
1/2 cup buttermilk
1/2 tsp instant yeast
2 Tbsp honey
1 cup water +maybe 1/4 cup
Method:
Dry Ingredients
Add to a bowl and mix to combine.
Wet Ingredients
Mix to combine.
Combine all
This is where you'll need the water.
It'll be too thick so let it sit for 10 minutes to hydrate and MAYBE add more water.
Ferment start
5 1/2 Hours later...
Cook and enjoy!
