Anybody else make theirs from scratch? I cooked it last night for my family. It was really nice.

Yorkys looks real nice, great tatters.
Morning glory I soak chicken in water for 4 hrs then take it out and make slices and add a bit of salt and lemon juice, leave for 30 mins then add yoghurt and Garam masala and food colourings. I make my own Garam masala. Then I grill it til done. I also do lamb cutlets that way.
