Answers guessed at: 3 - china, 9 - teabags, 12 - proctor & gamble?!
4 - total volume or per capita?

Early riser, drink before getting on your bike in the colder weather.
4 would be per capita.

4 - probably somehwere unexpectedly weird, like france.
