Recipe Teriyaki Halibut and Prawns

Teriyaki Halibut and Prawns:

Ingredients:

1) Halibut fillet - 1

NOTE: Prefer Alaskan halibut. It's meat is thick and firm.

2) Prawns - 4
3) Rice - 1/8 cup
4) Orange teriyaki sauce - as required
5) Broccoli crowns - 4 to 6 crowns.
6) Sun dried tomato - 2 tblspns.
7) Snow peas - 4
8) Scallions - 2
9) Garlic - 4 to 5 cloves
10) Pea shoots - 2 to 3 pinches
11) Sesame seed, white - two pinches or as desired


Procedure:

-- Preparation --

1) Cook the rice to softness.
2) Cut off roots of the scallions and clean up their tops.
3) Steam the broccoli crowns, scallions, snow peas and garlic.
4) Pan fry the halibut and prawns.
5) Heat the teriyaki sauce.

6) Plate the rice.
7) Lay the halibut fillet over the rice.
8) Spread teriyaki sauce over the halibut.
9) Surround the halibut with the prawns and vegetables.
10) Top the vegetables with sun dried tomato.
11) Sprinkle the halibut with sesame seeds.
12) Drop pea shoots around the halibut and prawns.
13) Serve.
