While working on my boneless chicken binder, I found this recipe. I thought it would be a short,easy ,simple recipe to get this challenge going. lol

I put this is the Sweets And Desserts topic, because that's where I put the earlier one, though I'd consider this a breakfast/brunch dish (we had it for breakfast).

Looking good here so far. I will note that my personal predilections go towards savory rather than sweet - but willing to consider any and everything people come up with.

Here is step one (or two?) of Partridge with Apples & Cider - I need to write up recipe & sort out more photos. This is the partridge browned in a pan and ready to go in the oven with thick slices of apple, carrots, head of garlic etc.
