I think I will go for the 4 course menu which allows you to select your preferred dishes.

So I think my menu will be:
1) Northsea crab with beetroot & horseradish
2) Special poached egg & potato salad
3) Sea bass with vichisoisse and leeks
4) Blackberry & vanilla with semonlina pudding

But, I might change my mind or we might go for the tasting menu.

How do I get a heatwave warning when there's a 6°C start involved in the figures?

It's too warm...

It’s like that here right now - we may even break a high temp record today.

It’s that aggravating time of year when we need to run the A/C during the day and the heat overnight…and we’re due severe weather (rain and damaging winds) this weekend.

Its still moderate 60s during the day here so no AC needed, but still need heat at night. Tomorrow it's 76F though, but back to mid 60s tomorrow.
