I just heard about this one. The highlights alone are stunning, with 27 courses including edible paper, shots of vinegar, and a citrus foam served in a plaster cast of the chef’s mouth. I am not making this up.

I naturally assumed, if it was a Michelin starred restaurant, that it would be nothing short of spectacular. That is certainly not the experience described in the following article, however:

I read this article before it went viral, it's hilarious and shows everything wrong with the high end food industry.

The plaster made from the chef's mouth was just an abomination!
One of the late night talk shows here covered this, showed a pic of the plaster with the foam, and pointed out that it looked as much like the chef's, um, exit as it did his entrance, so to speak...and they were right. :laugh:
