I filled this in but the second question (required) asks for the cause of a fire even if you answer that you have never had a toaster fire in question 1. I just put 'other'.

Seems focused on toaster fires - not the most common form of kitchen disaster I suspect. More use might be to remember to design one that accepts a WHOLE slice of normal bread - way too many are too small

That is certainly true! How come? You would think that would be the most basic thing in the design.
