Watermelon on its own can be a great thirst quencher, and when combined with lime, it is sure to make a lovely refreshing drink, especially now that the summer months will soon be here. This can be made with or without the alcohol. I figured this would be a good one for the Cooking Bites Recipe Challenge.
Ingredients
Put watermelon chunks and lime juice into a blender. Process on high until smooth. Add sweetener to taste, if needed, and blend again. Pour drink into two glasses over ice. Garnish with fresh mint. Serve.
