I spoke to my grandson yesterday and asked him how much broccoli he was eating.
"YUK!" he exclaimed, "NO GREEN!!"
I'm pretty sure his favourite vegetable is French fries.
Me? I haven't got a favourite, because I will eat them all, every single one of them. Yes, there's not a single vegetable I won't eat.
Some, perhaps, are a little restricted in their presentations ( celery, turnips, radishes come to mind) but others (potatoes, obviously, but also carrots, onions, aubergines, cauliflower) have got thousands and thousands of different variations and presentations.
What's your favourite, and what's your least favourite?

That’s hard to answer. Probably potatoes, because of their versatility, and onions because of their ability to support so many other things (and that includes garlic as well).

For their uniqueness, I love artichokes. Nothing else like them, very unusual flavor.

Eggplant would be near the top of the list of dislikes, and squash I have no real use for. It’s hard for me to say, because I’m sure there are a lot of vegetables from other countries/cultures that I’m not even aware of.

Tricky, I do not consider potatoes a vegetable, so I leave them out.

Favourite...
Fruit vegetables like tomato, pepper, cucumber
But also sweet corn, fresh peas

Not a fan of cauliflower & broccoli although I will eat them..
I don't like ocra and chicory

I honestly don't know what my least favourite is, maybe okra mainly because I'm unfamiliar with it.

My favourite "vegetable" isn't a vegetable though. Mushrooms. I love them. Next to raspberries and garden peas, I could like off them exclusivel!

In fact I love mushrooms that much I have no less than 4 grow kits growing for Christmas. And these are inoculate then yourself kits, not just the open the bag and watch it grow kit.

I love all vegetables and like karadekoolaid there isn't a single one I don't like. Well, except for one I tried recently: fresh soy beans. Maybe it's simply the type sold (frozen) here but they are hard and taste of absolutely nothing!

Favourites include artichokes (both types which are not related), salsify (again, a unique taste) and cardoons. The latter is almost impossible to find.

Mushrooms are not something I like at all, though I’ve gotten to the point where I can eat them in small amounts (probably down to being too lazy to pick them out). I’ve got some in the fridge I’m going to cook up for MrsT today.

Morel-hunting is a very popular pastime here, and people protect their secret best spot with deadly force, if necessary, and dedicated gatherers aren’t above violating property laws and “No trespassing” signs, if they think a spot looks promising.
