What did you cook/eat today (December 2019)?

Imported Australian rump beef steak.

Raw.

Pan fried in a little olive oil for 60 seconds each side then subjected to the blowlamp for about 45 seconds.

Served with garlic roast potatoes, pan fried button mushrooms and English mustard.

I tinkered with the mushroom tart adding some truffle oil and sticky balsamic to help it, but it was still lacking... I also fried up the soy tempeh for protein which is very nice and added the slightly over steamed brocollini and asparagus to the meal.

2 slices of fruit loaf, bread type with spicey cinnamon flavour. Not as I remember, not much fruit and not much taste. Very disappointed.!! I can't complain as it was given to me by a baker friend of my daughters.
