It's quite a traditional drink for the genteel people here in the UK and it certainly is refreshing on a really hot day. I can't say I'd choose to drink it at any other time though as I'm not sure of any way to serve it other than with lemonade. I do have a friend who adds Pimm's to her wine all year round but between you and me, I think she has "issues"!
