What is your Favorite Slow Cookier Recipe Adaptation?

I would like to try making Tikka Masala in my crockpot. I found a good recipe on the kitchn, but I am not sure how well it will resemble the "real" stovetop recipe.

Can you think of your "go to" slow cooker recipe that always turns out exactly as you would expect?
