Just bought two old corded units from the thrift store last month ($5 each)
One has a coarser blade (Black & Decker..don't care for the grip/handling)
The other is a finer tooth blade (really old, but great handling Westinghouse)
Use the coarse blade unit for slicing those monster loaves of crusty breads
The finer blade unit for slicing "the still rotating" donair meat.
Store them in a ziplock in the garage "cooking accessory bin"..as they aren't used that often
I think they're great!
