i already have a pressure cooker. we use it mostly for cooking pulses, lentils and beans etc. cuts down on the time it takes to cook things considerably but if you live at altitude, (anything much over 500m) you have to take air pressure changes into account as well. anything with yeast in takes much less yeast (if the recipe says 5g, we only need 1.6g for example) and it is similar with a pressure cooker... we have to adjust cooking times.
