What is your best choice in cooking ? I am looking for alternatives to cow-milk.
Why?
Well because some of us does not tolerate cow-milk, and some does not like it. And we are expanding our view on cheese.
We all know the standard blue cheese , Chevre and Manchego, but other alternatives , something that will melt a bit and be useful in coking and for say onion soup.
