yes, Queensland had quite a bitof rain.
there's a tiny chance of rain tonight, absolutely tiny mind you. the main chance is dy thunderstorms... more fire risk. this weekend is another very high risk weekend. 40-42°C. we're going to go swimming at the local(ish) indoor swimming pool. It is at least somewhere we can get hot sweaty and have a shower afterwards without worrying too much about the water level in our tank.

Tonight at least we have made it to 30°C outside and not had to have left the windows closed. Right now at 7:30pm we've managed to have the windows open for 15 minutes. Bets are on for how long we can actually keep them open.
