Ingredients:
2-3 red peppers (bell, paprika peppers, long peppers), julienned
4-5 medium tomatoes, diced
1 medium onion, julienned
1 tsp hot paprika powder
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1 can Hungarian ( or other!) lager
Hungarian debrecziner (or kielbasa) sausages

Method:

Method:
- Sauté the peppers and onions in a little oil or butter until soft.
- Add the tomatoes, the paprika, the cayenne and the salt and cook for about 5 minutes, until the tomatoes are softened.
- Add the beer and bring to a boil. Lower the heat to a simmer and cook for five-10 minutes, until the liquid has reduced a little.
- Add the sausages and simmer gently until warmed through.
