Turmeric Salad Dressing
This tangy, brightly colored salad dressing will add some color and zing to your salad vegetables and greens! It has turmeric, garlic, honey, ginger, almond butter, and more (see recipe for marinade): Recipe - Turmeric and Almond Butter Marinade
I used the mandarin juice from a can of mandarin oranges. Diluted orange juice (1 part water, 3 parts juice) or other slightly sweet citrus juice will do. Add 1 tbsp additional vinegar if needed, according to your tastes (I chose not to do so).
Yields 6 ounces (3/4 cup)
Ingredients:
1/2 cup of this marinade: Recipe - Turmeric and Almond Butter Marinade
1/4 cup mandarin juice
Instructions: Whisk ingredients together.
Pour into airtight container or lidded jar.
Use immediately or store in refrigerator for up to 4 days.
