Went to dinner again to Friday Fish Fry with Mr&Mrs Next Door Neighbor, had the same thing as last week... Shrimp Plate for mot and Cob Salad for DH, Lemon Tres Leches Cake for dessert ... really good.

That would involve me getting out of my pajamas, putting clothes on, and going to the store. But I've got chocolate candies and I do have ice cream...

I’m snowed in right now - we got a storm that dumped a good 30 cm or so on us, and my street has not been plowed.

So for lunch I made what my parents and I have always referred to as a “scrappy plate” - basically, a bunch of stuff I could find in my fridge. My parents used to make these in the summer - cleaning out the fridge a little bit, using up the little bits and bobs you find in there.
