Every year, particularly around the time of the Super Bowl, I start seeing tons of appetizer recipes popping up. But the thing that bothers me about the majority of them is that they are all pretty much some variation on the same thing. It's some concoction with cheese, ranch, mayo and sour...

If you was to bring an appetizer tray to a relaxed occasion, what would you have on your try? I thought about doing deep fried veggies--cauliflour, mushrooms, broccoli. What other suggestions or ideas are out there?
