Recipe Crevettes, Avocado, Charred Chillies & Grapes with ‘Marie Rose’ Sauce.

Super simple to make and pretty on the plate, this is a bit of a take on that old favourite, prawn cocktail. Cook the crevettes in their shells for the best flavour (I pan fried them). If you can’t find crevettes you could substitute smaller sized prawns*. For a more classic Marie Rose...

Is it just me - or do pips take all the fun out of eating oranges and grapes?

I love oranges, satsumas, tangerines, and grapes but only the seedless variety. Whenever I get a pipped (is that even a word?) grape or orange I end up moving them around in my mouth to manipulate the pip to the front and it takes all the enjoyment out of eating it. How about you?

    Raisins

These used to be one of my least favorite dried fruits. I love fresh grapes. I like grape jelly and jam. Raisins, though...? Lately I've wondered about the different varieties. For the dark ones, that's what I see the most and that's what I'm used to. But what about white or golden raisins? Do...
