Ah, you're one of those guys! Many years ago there was a boy in my daughter's class who ALWAYS wore shorts - even in winter time. He'll wear a sweater and sometimes a jacket but never anything other than shorts and socks on his legs. That was in North Carolina where it's considerably milder than the Midwest.
My ex had a few guys that literally walked off the job after they moved here (Chicago) and had to deal with one of our winters. They couldn't catch the first thing moving fast enough. LOL
