A picky eater challenge

Did dinner and everything went exceptionally well. Arugula salad with cranberries, aged balsamic, and supremes of mandarin orange. Shredded Brussels sprouts stir fried with chopped pecans and Hoisin, and the Detroit pizza topped with sauteed maiitakes and garlic. She made all gone and decided she'd like to keep me around a while.
Wonderful! And she even ate the sprouts, which I think you said earlier that she was a little unsure of your description of them.

"I've never had them done this way. These are fantastic!" Heh, heh.

Interestingly, she warned me ahead of time that her (inherited) knives probably weren't great. So I thought I'd bring mine. And of course, halfway there, I realized I forgot them.

Punchline: she had the same Zwilling chef knife that I do. A little honing and the sprouts were shredded in minutes.
