I was going to say that in the interests of fair judging, I will personally cook or make all the submitted recipes... I didn't bank on RAW aubergine! Well, done @classic33. You can always be relied upon to upset the best laid plans...

Haha. No there was a programme on sky about swamp people 2ho hunt and kill alligators for money. They said that only certain areas of the alligator are good to eat and it is t much either considering the size of the beasts.
