The colour and state of that mango looks nothing like mine after "seasoning". It looks to me like it's been freshly cut.
I shall drain mine tomorrow and have a look.

You could chop up the chillies a bit before adding to the grinder.
My concern is the residue oil. It is likely to cause the result to become a paste rather than a powder.
