Anyone try cooking a Bresse Chicken?

Heard about it for the first time.
Here we have the farm bred chicken. And for a higher price you can buy backyard chickens which is very rare these days.
Speaking of meat prices, even in Sri Lanka there are places that sell you a single piece of beef (a single meal) for approximately 225USD. That's Wagyu beef though.
