googled some of the canoics and it made my head spin,never got any further than the wiki page,and there was no associated foods listed !!!!,i must admit i did not think i had got it right,sorry it was bit of a guess

I already had the answer (I PM'ed @classic33 with the actual answer of an egg around 10:20am...) I just didn't want to spoil it for everyone else guessing because it was a little early in the day!
