We love pork at my house. Be it pork roast either cooked in the oven or on the barbq over coals, country ribs, unsmoked ham, bacon, or whatever. If it is pork it will be eaten. In fact, for dinner tonight I am making a creamy ham and potato casserole with celery, onions, mushrooms, a white sauce and potatoes and the remains of a ham I cooked earlier this week. Will serve it with brocolli and some rolls..
