Artichokes

Honestly, I don't prefer Dijon either, but the recipe just doesn't taste right without it. Speaking of weird stuff. I hate horseradish, I want to like it, but my taste buds just don't like it. That being said, I absolutely love cocktail sauce. Makes absolutely no sense whatsoever. 🤷‍♂️
I’m like that with honey. I literally retch when I smell it or taste it on its own, but it’s vital in some of the things I make.
 
Steamed artichokes with a homemade dip (I added fresh dill and lemon zest to the sauce and it's even better) with steamed corn rolled in freshly grated Romano.
