Serves 4, preparation time 15 minutes, cooking time 20 minutes
Method:
Pre-heat the oven.
Now, prepare the mushrooms: clean them very well with a cloth, remove the ground part of the stalk and slices them.
You can also use ready-made and packaged mushrooms, the result does not change at all!
Peeling the clove of garlic and crush it, and heat a frying pan.
Add two spoons of EVOO to the already hot pan, add the garlic and make it brown.
Now add the chopped parsley and after few minutes add the mushrooms, stir them to taste well and blend with a little dry white wine. Add now a pinch of salt and cook until the mushrooms are well cooked and the liquid completely evaporated.
Meanwhile, put pasta in salty boiling water and drain it just a couple of minutes before cooking.
Pour it into a large bowl, add a large sprinkle of grated Parmesan cheese, mushrooms (remove the clove of garlic), gammon (chopped in a rough way) and mozzarella in small pieces or grated.
Mix well and pour everything into a baking dish. Sprinkled the pasta with grated cheese again, bake in the oven at 200 degrees for about 10 minutes until will formed a golden crust on top.
