I think I know what it is, Braun means the stuff my nana used to make and I loved it as a kid. Here it's made from a pigs head boiled then the meat picked off and set in a roll or log with gelatine and spices??? I tried to,make it about 35? Years ago when I was killing a no dressing my own lambs and pigs. I got to the pot and starting to boil, my wife threw a wobbly and made me throw it out. I must look in my local deli to see if they have it.
