I like to mix it up with fish or other seafood at least a couple of time a month. Sometimes you can catch a good sale, and I live close to the markets where I can but it pretty much just off the boats. I also like to cook up liver and onions sometimes, it's a nice break to the usual meat. I don't have all that much meat these days, and you can squeeze in a lot of veggies with a stir fry or fried rice, and rather than using meat, you can substitute tofu, or use it in addition to meat, to cut back on the portions/cost of the meat.
