Cheese Cloth, Strainer or Sieve

There are several tricks I learned in the kitchen so far. One is, you take a cheesecloth/teatowel and put it into a bowl, fill it with cream soup and then you take the outer parts of the cheesecloth/teatowel and squeeze everything out. This is not recommended when the cream soup is still very hot. If you have a large, fine mashed sieve you can work the cream soup with a spatula through it.
