Lol, the batch I'm making will make about 4 to 6 curries. It says it keeps up,to 8 weeks in a glass jar. Don't think I'd risk 8 weeks.

Galangal, lemon grass, garlic, shallots, cumin, coriander, turmeric, peppercorns, evoo, red chillies,pinch of cinnamon, salt n pepper. Coriander roots, and shrimp paste. I omitted the shrimp paste, only because it stinks the house out heating it up. Smells dam good.
