Chips (Fries) with...?

There is a chain sandwich shop out of Pittsburgh, PA called Primanti Brothers. There are two local locations. They do not sell sandwiches unless they put fries on them unless requested. Never been there.

Fries are evolving. Toppings and dipping sauces. Used to be just salt and ketchup. I made some last night and used salt, pepper, rosemary and Hungarian paprika and Parmesan cheese. I’m not doing anything others aren’t. Rosemary and fries is a must try

Rosemary sounds good. Do you grind it up? I have fresh rosemary galore. But I am thinking you use dried?

I wonder if you dried rosemary then used it ground up in a salt grinder??? Hmmm. I may try this later.

I use fresh. I have ground but fresh from the garden it tends to clump up. I fine chop it.

If you mix it with salt, you might be able to grind fresh.
