I was going to, but Craig served and he brought it to me literally covered in a blanket of whipped cream. Maybe later. It's got kind of a fudgy texture.
We liked it. I would use an 8x8 pan though. My pie plate was a 9 inch. I guess if you wanted a less fudgey texture you could use all vege shortening as caseydog suggested and see how it changes. I used unsalted butter.
I could do with a bit less whipped cream though. I wasn't kidding or exaggerating when I wrote blanket.
