Ciao, I am posting regular recipes, no ristorante but the food I make for my family and what I grew up with. My family and food are my life, To be honest to you, Napulitano cuisine is based on the peasant food years ago. Please if you have any questions about what I post ask me. Napulitano food is like my people bold, vibrant and big flavours, we love seafood and fish but also meats.
