MG, your photography is stunning. Absolutely gorgeous!

I'm always flattered. But as I've said before there is no jiggery pokery. I use a (now old) smartphone (Samsung Galaxy S7) set on auto and HD. Always natural light (in a rather poorly lit kitchen). Painted boards to place the food on, rather than a kitchen counter top. The rest is careful plating.

I am sure you could find it on Amazon. Or it seems like somewhere in Columbus or Cinci would have it, don't you travel there on occasion?

Yeah, the international market is just outside Cincy, and the gourmet place is closer to Dayton, and I go to both regularly, so I should be able to get it.
