OK. I am not ble to change the countdown clock - only @SatNavSaysStraightOn can do that and she is in hospital and not logging in every day. I'll change the date to midday Saturday 29th September (BST).

I have a couple of old recipes which I may post up if I get chance between now and the new deadline but I won't be able to photo them or even cook them because I'm still in hospital and also because the recipe contains dairy but it's a nice recipe to make.

Straight up GMT is so much easier and more efficient.

I think BST is similar to your Daylight Saving Time.

We have neither here.

Congratulations to @morning glory for her Roquefort and spinach tart!

I was REALLY torn between the tart and @epicuric 's Steak and Stilton parcels.

@The Late Night Gourmet 's baklava looked absolutely delish!

@Herbie , I wish you had entered the dishes you made.

@CraigC , he made the filling for the andouille and chicken strudels, but I made the phyllo and rolled them for him, besides the advantage of actually eating the dish. But, it was his idea to make them again. Good as always.
