Cutting Boards

We have a plastic cutting board now, we did have several wooden boards that got pretty stained. I like the look of the wooden board more than the plastic ones, keeping the board clean is a concern for me whether it is wood or plastic. I always wash the boads down with vinegar to kill the germs after use. The same cutting board is used for meat and vegetable cutting.

I'm too afraid to use glass cutting boards for the simple fact that they could very well break, and then you'll have to throw away your food that was being cut!!

trust me with something called bullet proof glass, technology has come a long way and glass is more than able to stand up to a chopping knife

But how much wood something like that cost?!!
Not much. Typically around the same as wooden boards.

I rather like this one for £3.99
