Did you lock your doors?

I only remember doors being locked front and back when a guy called john Bennett killed a woman near us. I was stopped on my way home from rugby league practice (about 10yo) by a copper asking if I'd seen a guy in a park near our home. Mum was scared stiff after that.
Incidentally that killer again killed after release and is locked up until life.

German shepherds: dont know if I've mentioned it here but I used to breed them. I was a registered kennels. Kimmy a bitch left the youngest police dog to qualify in the police force. It made the front page here. I had cops knocking on my doors for years afterwards.
She was long haired and fearless.

I have enough trouble keeping up with the shedding of a short hair dude... loved him dearly. Such a good boy-o ... miss him every day ... we have his ashes and will 'spread' them with us back home in Hawaii when the day arrives.
