Bacon, Cheese. What's not to like?

Macaroni and dolcelatte with crayfish. I added cream and wine to the dolcelatte cheese plus some pasta water. Finally, crumbled crispy bacon and lime zest over the top. Oh - and some Aleppo chilli flakes in there too.

Well, I don't think I got "Tasty'd." As I said elsewhere, I'm using "crawfish" in mine. Different cheeses, too. Similar but different chili pepper. Applewood smoked bacon.

Just looked up some stats - about 1,000,000 boxes are sold each day.

When I was in college, it was less than a dollar a box. It filled my stomach. It didn't taste bad -- for less than a dollar.

Our Walmart has " the blue box" at $1USD
I always keep two boxes in my dry pantry in the filled garage ... I cant seem to find an expiration date on it though

I just read an article that says that Kraft Macaroni and Cheese - "the blue box" - has a shelf life of two years.
I truly can't remember when I bought those two boxes in my pantry, so their going to the Food Bank.
