The blurb on dishes not getting dry enough says:
1. Rinse agent dispenser is empty
2. Improper loading of dishes
3. Selected cycle does not include drying
4. Extra Dry Heat not activated
I don’t know if yours offers Extra Dry Heat as an option, but it’s worth checking out.
