Do you prefer to fry or bake fish?

Maybe I spoke to this before? Whatever the case there is nothing like a good plate of fried fish especially if you are talking about our local flying fish, "dolphin", tuna, bill fish and the like. As good as it might taste, I mostly have grilled fish.

Both. Catfish and Tilapia must be fried, imo. I can't eat it any other way. But cod, salmon, halibut is excellent broiled or baked and much healthier too.

Being from Yorkshire it is no contest for me.

I love fried catfish and some baked fish.
The catch being not cooked in my house.
