Ok, here’s the recipe/method I used:

I’ve used the baking powder method many times before, and it does work, but it depends on an overnight set up in the fridge, which can take a lot of space, and if you decide at 4PM that you want some wings by 6PM…well, there goes that.
This method is a lot faster, and I do think it makes crispier skin, and my guess is, if you like the presentation of a whole wing, it would do fine for that as well.
